Some of you may know that I've been hunting a global scammer / con man Ryan Roth for 12 yrs after he conned my mother and sister out of everything they had. Such was the interest in the story the it made into a documentary. Ryan is estimated to have scammed over 12 million dollars over the years. This is a conservative estimate. I was flown to Bali to do an underwater search for the body after his suicide note was found at the top of a cliff top. This is believed to be fake as he had a flight out of Bali the same day as his things were discovered. The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:

1. Knowledge development: your dive center will provide you with all the materials to start learning. It covers everything you need to know about basic techniques, terminology and safety procedures in scuba diving. For each concept, you read the explanations and watch the demonstration on a video. Your PADI Instructor will schedule time with you to check your progress and make sure you understand important scuba diving information.
2. Confined water dives: these are training sessions conducted in a pool or water with pool-like conditions. You’ll learn and practice the basic skills of diving as well as techniques to keep you safe and you’ll run though how to deal with a range of emergency situations should they occur. The sessions in the swimming pool are a lot of fun and give the opportunity to get familiar with the gear and techniques in a safe environment.
3. Open water dives: This is what it’s all about – making your first dives in the ocean! During the four open water dives, you will perform various dive skills both under water and at the surface to make sure that you are a competent and safe diver. The training portion usually only takes up the first part of the dive, meaning that you will get to spend a big part of your time diving with your instructor and exploring the underwater world.

As soon as your open water training dives are approved by your instructor you will be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver! This means you will be allowed to rent diving equipment and dive anywhere in the world down to 18 meters, lifelong!

For all certified PADI women divers who haven't been back in the water for a while, take advantage of this special offer.

Only €40 for a local refresher dive with full equipment, instructor and we need to some safety skills to refresh you before the dive to a maximum of 10mtr. Mask, regs, buoyancy etc and and skills you feel you would like to cover again from your previous training.

Places are limited so contact us to express an interest. Please let us know your diving qualification, last time in the water diving and how many dives you've done. We will be asking you complete the standard paperwork including the usual safety medical questionnaire.

You will need to come to the dive center in advance so that we can arrange equipment sizes and then on the day we will meet you are the dive site at Timi beach near Paphos airport.

Although this is for women only, your instructor and dive guide will be male.

Try a PADI discover scuba diving experience (DSD) for only €70 instead of the usual €90. Price includes the PADI eLearning materials, full equipment and training, a safety session in our pool followed by a sea dive to a maximum of 6 mtr. Allow 3 hrs to complete this and if you decide to continue your training to become a PADI open water diver then we can arrange a special price for you. Transport is included from central Paphos, just bring some water, a towel and you swim wear and let us do the rest.

This is not really diving related but does involve a little diving. For the past 13 yrs in my spare time, I've been tracking a serial scammer across the globe. I've uncovered scams involving millions of pounds. A documentary that I was heavily involved with is due to be shown on Discover plus in the UK soon. Called "The Faking Dead" it tells the story of the life of Ryan Roth A.K.A Ryan Flynn amongst other aliases. I was fortunate to be flown to London for filming and then onto Bali where I was filmed doing an underwater search for his body as he'd left a suicide note at the top of a cliff in Bali. It was his second fake suicide and he also had a flight booked out of Bali on the day his things were discovered. He has at least 4 passports.

Celebrating Padi women's day on the 16th July and to encourage more women to think about becoming scuba divers.

We have an amazing unbeatable offer for you.

For the first 20 women to register their interest with us who have never tried scuba diving but always wanted to, we are offering a DSD (discover scuba diving) session for FREE instead of the usual €90, an amazing offer for one day only. Minimum age is 10 yrs old to take part in this. There is no maximum age limit.

You'll have full scuba equipment with air tank provided by us, you will enjoy some safety training in our pool first and then you'll be taken to a local dive site to be guided around underwater to a maximum depth of 6mtr.

To take part in the discover scuba diving session which usually take around 3 hrs, all you have to do is scan the QR code below, 

create an account to register your details with Padi and read the discover scuba diving booklet on your phone etc, you'll watch some great videos about scuba diving, a couple of fun quizzes, complete the standard diving paperwork and medical form. This takes around 30 minutes and must be completed prior to your discover scuba diving session.

There is no obligation to continue with any diving courses afterwards, but if you did decide to become a Padi open water diver which takes 3 - 4 days, where you can dive to 18mtr anywhere in the world with another certified diver, then we will discount the usual price of €490 to only €450 if booked on the day.

Places are limited so please book early. There will be various time slots available on a first come first served basis. All you have to do on the day is arrive at our place in Anarita, Paphos at the given time.

We cannot take disabled people diving on this day due to time & logistical restraints, but if anyone disabled is interested in this offer then we will honor it and make special arrangements to take you diving on another suitable day.

Come along and join us on Saturday 12th March at 9.30am at Agios Georgios harbour, Peyia, Cyprus to help with an underwater clean up in the harbour or if you don't want to dive then help us clean the beach. This area is know to attract turtles so it's so important to rid the area of plastic and other debris to stop marine life eating it by mistake.

I desperately need volunteers to help with a beach clean up on Sunday 19th September 2012 at the lovely Timi Beach.

Only a 10 minute walk from one end to the other revealed so much plastic and rubbish that needs collecting before it ends up in the ocean. Start time is 10am and should take 2 hrs but with enough helpers only 1 hour, it'll keep the ocean a bit cleaner and make Cyprus a little cleaner as well

I'll provide collection bags and some home cooked snacks and soft drinks at the end, all you need is some strong gloves and giving up some of your time. PLEASE HELP

We're meeting in the rear car park between the Bonamare beach bar cafe and the other beach bar. Look out for the PADI flags. Contact me for full directions if you can help us.

This year we offering a FREE dive to any certified female divers who wants to join us on 17th July 2021

You must have your own equipment, we will supply the tank and weights if needed, if you don't have equipment we can rent a full set for €10, an optional 2nd dive on the day is €5.

We will provide snacks and soft drinks at the dive site, conditions permitting. You must have dived within the last 6 months and have it logged and supply your own transport to the dive site which will be around the Coral bay area.
